Hey Penguins!
Today I'm going to teach you how to get the Elite Puffle on Club Penguin Rewritten!
First, you need to go to the Pet Shop. Inside, you will need to look around for a note, as seen below.
Click on it, and use the Tic Tac Toe Code to decipher it.
After, log out and go to the "Unlock Items Online" button on the login screen, as pointed out below.

You will need to log in to your penguin, and click "I've got a code." Enter the decrypted code in the box.
Congratulations! You got your very own Flare whistle!
